Guardians of the Snake is a conservation-focused short film centered on the Snake River watershed in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The film explores the people working to protect one of the Mountain West’s most vital river systems — balancing natural history storytelling with grounded human perspective.
Produced by Fish Camp and made in association with Out In Space Studios, the project weaves documentary filmmaking with aerial cinematography to capture the scale, movement, and ecological importance of the Snake River landscape.
Commissioned by Visit Jackson Hole, Guardians of the Snake reflects a growing commitment to conservation storytelling rooted in place, stewardship, and community.
